摘要
目的:对比丙倍氯米松气雾剂,考察鼻渊通窍方治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择本院耳鼻喉科103名慢性鼻炎临床确诊患者。随机分为三组,分别为鼻渊通窍方组(150ml,3次/d);伯克纳(丙倍氯米松气雾剂)组(0.1mg,2次/d);联合用药组。整个治疗过程维持8周,考察各组的治疗效果。结果:三种方法治疗慢性鼻炎,效果显著,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),根据显效率结果,鼻渊通窍方组的疗效弱于伯克纳组的疗效,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两种药物联用的效果明显好于单独使用伯克纳组的疗效(P<0.05)。结论:应用鼻渊通窍方联合伯克纳对慢性鼻炎进行治疗,效果显著,二者联用的结果优于单独使用二种药物。
Objective：Compared with dipropionate aerosol to investigate clinical efficacy of BiYuanTongQiaoFang in the treatment of chronic rhinitis. Methods：103 patients with chronic rhinitis of our hospital were select in the research.All the case were divide into three groups random,and the BiYuanTongQiaoFang group （15g,3time/d）,Beconase group （0.1mg,2time/d）and combine group.Result：The result of three methods in the treatment of chronic rhinitis is significantly effect.There is no significantly different in all the methods. （P〉0.05）.And the excellence rate of Beconase group is better than BiYuanTongQiaoFang group,there is a significantly different in both groups.（P〈0.05）And the excellence rate of combine group is better than Beconase group. Conclusion：The effect of BiYuanTongQiaoFang combine with Beconase in the treatment of chronic rhinitis is remarkably.And the combine method is better than the single method.
