摘要
胆汁返流性胃炎是消化内科常见病、多发病,各种原因导致胆汁返流,胆盐坡坏胃黏膜,形成胃炎,是其主要的发病机制。针对这一机制的种个环节,自2005年以来,我们紧扣中西医结合的关键-中药传统功效药现代药理作用相结合,应用中西医结合治疗手段,对176例胆汗返流性胃炎患者进行了临床观察,其治愈率达54.5%,好转率达40.9%,总有效率95.3%。因其疗效好、费用少,而为广大患者所接受。
Castritis of bile backstreaming is a common and frequently encountered disease in internal medicine of stomach intestine,and it is the main pathogenesis to gastritis of bile backstreaming that under many cases bile backstreams,and stomach mucous membrane is destroyed by bile salt,From 2005,we have take clinical observation on 176 cases given Conbined Treatment of TCM and western medicine, and the recovery rate reached 54.5%,improvement rate 40.9%,total effective rate 95.3%,And it is welcomed by many patients because its better curative effect and lower cost.
