摘要
受精卵着床于子宫体腔内膜以外时称异位妊娠。异位妊娠是妇产科常见的急症之一,若不及时诊断和抢救,可危及患者生命。宫颈妊娠是一种极其罕见且病情凶险的异位妊娠,早期诊断、早期治疗对于改善患者的预后具有重要意义。该文对宫颈妊娠的发病原因、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗方案等方面的研究进展予以综述。
Ectopic pregnancy is the implantation of a fertilized ovum anywhere outside the central portion of the endometrial cavity.It presents a common medical emergency in department of gynaeeology and obstetrics and can endanger the patient＇s life if it is failed to make timely diagnosis and treatment. Cervical pregnancy is an extremely rare and dangerous form of ectopic pregnancy,so early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis of patients which is of great significance.In this paper,the research progress on causes,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of cervical pregnancy is reviewed.
