丹红注射液联合胺碘酮治疗36例社区老年冠心病室性期前收缩 被引量：1

摘要 目的：观察丹红注射液联合胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病室性期前收缩的疗效。方法：将36例社区老年冠心病室性期前收缩患者，随机分治疗组与对照组，各18例。两组均给予胺碘酮治疗，治疗组加用丹红注射液静脉点滴，观察14d。比较室性期前收缩控制情况、药物起效时间及伴随症状。结果：治疗组症状改善率94％，优于对照组的89％（P〈0．05）；药物起效时间较对照组短（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组心电图及holter均明显改善，但治疗组较对照组显效率高。结论：丹红注射液联合胺碘酮，疗效佳。
