依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床应用与观察 被引量:2

摘要 脑缺血尤其脑缺血再灌注所致水肿及组织损伤的机制与氧自由基的大量产生有密切关系。依达拉奉可捕获羟自由基,许多对脑缺血动物模型的体内研究表明,该药可减轻脑缺血引起的脑水肿及组织损伤,治疗急性脑梗死,能有效改善神经功能缺损及日常生活能力。在缺血,缺血再灌注后静脉给予依达拉奉,可阻止脑水肿和脑梗死的进展,并缓解所伴随的神经症状,抑制迟发性神经元死亡。
