摘要 1病例报告患者甲，女，46岁。主因6天前无明显诱因出现左下腹持续性疼痛，间或隐痛，绞痛，伴下腹胀，阵发性加剧。无恶心、呕吐，无放射痛，大小便正常，在当地静点抗生素治疗效果不佳，于2009年1月23日上午入住我院妇科。查体：全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，
