摘要
课堂教学评价机制既是课堂教学评价活动得以开展的支点，又是教学评价活动的核心。课堂教学评价是法学院系进行教学管理的一种方式，通过评价反馈教学进行的状况，使法学院系依据法学教育的规律，对教学活动进行计划、组织、领导和控制，引导教师改进课堂教学，提高课堂教学质量，树立符合时代特征的法学教学观，培养合格的应用型的法科人才。
