论法学专业本科课堂教学评价

摘要 课堂教学评价机制既是课堂教学评价活动得以开展的支点,又是教学评价活动的核心。课堂教学评价是法学院系进行教学管理的一种方式,通过评价反馈教学进行的状况,使法学院系依据法学教育的规律,对教学活动进行计划、组织、领导和控制,引导教师改进课堂教学,提高课堂教学质量,树立符合时代特征的法学教学观,培养合格的应用型的法科人才。 Classroom teaching evaluation mechanism is both classroom teaching evaluation activities to be carried out by the fulcrum, but also the core of the teaching evaluation activities. Classroom teaching evaluation is conducted by the Department of Law teaching management as a way of feedback from the teaching carried out by evaluating the situation, so that law school is based on the law of legal education, for teaching activities, planning, organizing, leading and controlling, and guide teachers to improve classroom teaching to improve the quality of classroom teaching, and foster the teaching of jurisprudence in line with characteristics of the times the concept of application-oriented training of qualified personnel of law subjects.
