摘要
目的探讨义齿基托表面新型涂层材料的体外细胞毒性。方法本研究于2007年5月至2008年10月在吉林大学口腔医院和高分子实验室进行。采用噻唑盐比色(MTT)法,从合成涂层的主要单体以及固化后浸提液两方面,检测该涂层材料对小鼠成纤维细胞L929的细胞毒性。结果除有涂层试片的24h浸提液对L929细胞具有一定的毒性外,其他有或无涂层试片的不同时间段浸提液对L929细胞生长无明显抑制。在2~4096μmol/L浓度范围内,毒性TMPTA>PDDA>HEMA≈MMA。结论该义齿基托表面新型涂层材料对L929细胞的细胞毒性与义齿基托材料无显著差别。
Objective To evaluate the cytotoxicity of the glazing material in vitro.Methods The cytotoxicity on L929 cells of the chief monomers used in the glazing material and the extracts after curing were tested using the MTT assay.Results Besides the first 24 h extraction,there was no statistically significant difference between the extractions of denture base materials and the new glazing materials(P 0.05),and within the concentration of 2~ 4 096 μmol/L,the cytotoxicity of the monomer decreased as follows:TMPTA PDDA HEMA≈MMA.Conclusion There is no significantly difference between the cytotoxicity of the newly developed denture glazing materials and the denture base resin.
