摘要
老年人牙髓疾病的发生率较高,是老年人失牙的主要原因之一。由于牙体牙髓发生的增龄性变化,以及全身系统性疾病、特殊心理等因素,老年人的牙髓疾病与非老年人相比有特殊的症状表现,诊断和治疗过程也有一些特别之处。本文就老年人牙髓疾病的诊治特点做一综述。
Dental pulp disease,with high incidence rate in the aged,is one of the reasons for tooth loss.Because of the changes with age of the dental body and dental pulp,as well as the systemic diseases and specific psychology,the dental pulp disease of the aged shows a series of characteristic symptoms,and differs on the diagnosis and therapy from others.This article reviews the characteristics of the diagnosis and therapy on dental pulp disease in the aged.
