摘要
随着社会的进步和医疗卫生保健水平的提高,我国已成为世界上拥有1.6亿60岁以上老年人的老龄化国家。如何适应老年人对口腔医疗的需求,是口腔同仁们需要面对的新的问题和挑战。随着人工种植牙技术的发展和广泛应用,了解老年人口腔颌面部的老龄化特点,正确处理老年人的全身并发症,解决老年人种植区骨量不足和骨质疏松,咬合高度不足,无牙颌种植修复等问题,引起种植医生的广泛关注。本文将就这些问题进行简要的介绍和回顾,并将几点临床体会与读者分享。
Due to social progress and improvement of medical and health care,China has become an aging country with 160 million elderly people aged above 60.How to meet their demand for dental treatment has posed a challenge,and meanwhile a new opportunity for dentists.Along with the continuing development and extensive application of dental implant technique,more and more attention in this field has been focused on the following questions：aging characteristics of the oral and maxillofacial region,appropriate treatments of general complications in the implant surgery,correct resolution on lack-of-bone or osteoporosis in the implant sites,as well as deficiency of the occlusion height and implant prosthodontics in edentia.The article will give a brief introduction and review on the questions above,and share some clinical experience with readers.
