摘要
老年人由于其身体各器官功能逐渐退化,故在临床常表现出与其他年龄人群不同的生理特征和心理特点,医生需要慎重选择并加以实施针对这一特定人群的修复治疗方法。本文介绍了与修复治疗相关的老年人的口腔特征、常用的修复方式、全身因素及局部因素对义齿效果的影响等,为临床工作提供参考。
It is required that dentists choose and apply restorative methods cautiously in accordance with the elderly group,because of the different clinical manifestation in physical and psychological characteristics compared with other age groups,caused by the gradual function degradation of organs.Dental characteristics of the elderly,conventional methods,and the influence of systemic and local factors on restorative outcome associated with restoration are discussed here to provide reference for clinical work.
