摘要
讨论了半空间中一类间断系数椭圆型方程的边值问题,证明有关的存在性、唯一性及稳定性,这些问题来自半导体器件激光再结晶技术中的一类移动热源传热问题。
This paper presents the proofs of the existence, uniqueness and stability theorems for boundary value problems of a class of elliptic equations with discontinuous coefficients in half space. These equations arise from a heat transfer problem with moving heat source in laser recrystallizing technique for semiconductor devices.
