摘要
根据结晶器振动检测系统体积小、功耗低、实时性高的要求,提出了一种便携式结晶器振动检测系统实现方案。以压电式加速度传感器为应用前端,以μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式微操作系统为内核,开发了基于MSP430+ARM9的双CPU上下位机体系结构的结晶器振动检测系统。实验证明,该系统操作方便、运行稳定、竖直方向测量精度在±1%以内,满足了连铸生产的实际需求。
According to the demands of mould oscillation detection system, such as small size, low power consumption and high real-time performance, this paper puts forward the realization scheme for a portable mould oscillation detecting system. Using the piezoelectric acceleration sensor as the application front-end, and the embedded system μC/OS-Ⅱ as the system kernel, a mould vibration detection system based on MSP430 and ARM9 Dual-CPU hardware architecture has been developed. Experiment results prove that the system runs stably and is easy to operate, with the measurement accuracy within + 1% in the vertical direction, meeting the actual needs of the continuous casting field.
