摘要
分析了测量冲击高电压用的微分积分系统的传递特性。用数值计算的结果,说 明了最简单的无源积分器的时间常数τi的大小,与标准雷电冲击波半峰值时间测量误 差的关系,对比了用微分积分系统与用高响应特性的分压器的测试结果,两者所测到的 冲击波头具有一致的波形。
The transfer properties of differentiating-integrating measuring systems used in impulse voltage experiments are analyzed. The relation between time-constant τi of simple passive integrator and the measurement error for virtual time to half value of impulse voltage is given in terms of numerical caculation. The front shape measured by D-I system and digital oscilloscope is in agreement with that determined by a small carbon divider and the same oscilloscope. The sampling frequency of the digital oscillosope used in the experiments is 200 MHz.
