营养物质与基因表达的调控机制

Nutrients and Mechanism of Gene Expression Regulation

摘要 随着分子生物技术的发展及其在动物营养学上的应用,发现饲粮中的营养成分可以通过多种途径调节动物基因的表达,从而影响动物机体的代谢过程,并最终影响动物的生长。因此,本文阐述了营养物质影响基因表达的方式及营养物质对基因表达途径的影响,为进一步研究营养物质在动物体内分子水平的代谢机理、最大限度提高动物生产潜力和养分利用效率提供一定的科学依据。 With the development and application of molecular biological techniques in animal nutrition, it was found that nutrients in animal feeds would regulate the expression of gene by many way ,and hence affect the body's metabolism and animal's production performace. Therefore, the effect of nutrients on the way and style of gene expression was described, which provided some evidence for the metabolic mechanism of nutrients in vivo, the maximum improvement of animal protential productivity and nutrient use efficiency.
