摘要
近年来，随着对乳铁蛋白（LF）和乳铁蛋白肽（Lfcin）作用机制和空间结构的研究已趋成熟，国内外研究者逐渐将研究重点倾向LF及Lfcin的开发应用。本文主要介绍LF及Lfcin基因工程的研究进展，尤其是对原核表达系统和真核表达系统，进行了简要综述。
For the past few years, a review of researches on the action mechanism and spatial structure of LF and Lfcin had trended to maturity in near future. Accordingly the researchers had emphasis on the development and application. In this paper, the biological functions and gene en- gineering of LF and Lfcin and were reviewed especially on the prokaryotic expression and eukaryotic expression.
