摘要
介绍了饲用酶制剂的种类及其作用机理，综述了近几年饲用酶制剂在水产养殖业中的研究成果，也提出了水产饲用酶制剂研究中存在的问题及今后发展趋势。
The species , action mechanism and effect of application of dietary enzymes in aquaculture in the last several years were summarized. The questions and future investigation of dietary enzymes were also brought up in this paper.
