本文对大豆肽的制备方法一酶解法和微生物发酵法以及大豆肽在猪、鸡、水产等动物上应用的研究进展进行了综述。
This article presents a general review of the preparation methods of soybean pep- tide - enzymolysis method and microbiological fermentation method, and the advance of application of soybean peptide in pig,broiler and fish.
