摘要
纳米硒（Nano—Se）是以蛋白质为分散剂的单质硒纳米粒子。本文综述了纳米硒的生物学功能以及在动物生产中的应用研究进展。
Nano -Se is the nano particle of elementary selenium（ Se^0） that dispersed by pro- tein. The biological function of nano - selenium and its research advances on animal production area were summarized in this article.
