摘要
通过ＥＬＩＳＡ法和免疫电镜观察，以明确变形链球菌表面抗原在Ⅰ／Ⅱ在８种口腔常驻链球菌——变形链球菌、血链球菌、轻链球菌、米勒链球菌和唾链球菌中的分布。结果显示：抗原Ⅰ／Ⅱ或类似蛋白抗原广泛地存在于本研究测试菌中。这一结果表明抗原Ⅰ／Ⅱ，至少是其中部分抗原决定簇在口腔链球菌表面粘附器中具有高度保守性。
In this study, the distribution of antigen Ⅰ/Ⅱ among 8 oral Streptococci strains, S. mutans, S. sanguis, S. milleri, S. mitis, S. salivarius, was investigated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immuno transmission electronic microscopy with a polyclonal specific anti antigen Ⅰ/Ⅱ serum. The result showed that all tested strains except S. mutans serotype b, exhibit the existance of antigen Ⅰ/Ⅱ or similar antigen. The results indicate that antigen Ⅰ/Ⅱ or some of its antigenic determinants is highly conserved among oral Streptococci.
