摘要
意志品质是运动员在赛场上能否取胜的关键。采用心理测量法,从不同运动水平、不同性别冰球运动员意志品质的比较研究入手,试图发现他们意志品质是否存在差别,为我国冰球运动的发展提供参考。结果表明:男子国家健将运动员在目标清晰维度上好于男子国家一级运动员,但在顽强性维度上,国家一级运动员好于国家健将;女子国家一级运动员在顽强性、果断性、自信心3个维度与总分上均好于女子二级运动员,2者具有显著性差异;此外,比较男、女运动员之间的意志品质,发现男运动员在坚韧性这一维度上好于女运动员,存在显著差异,但在其他5个维度及总分上,两者之间不具有明显区别。建议针对运动员的不同意志特点,加强运动员在意志品质劣势上的科学训练。
A player＇s volition quality is pivotal for him to win a match. With the method of psychological measurement,starting from the comparative research of the volition quality of some ice hockey players in different skill levels and genders,the article tries to find out whether there is a difference about their volition quality,as a reference for developing China ice hockey. The results show that comparing with the male players in national first-class level,the goal definition of the male players in national master level are better,but their renitency are relatively poor; comparing with the female players in national second-class level,the female players in national first-class level are better in renitency,decision,confidence and total score with a significant difference. Furthermore,with the contrast between male players＇ volition quality and female ones＇,it finds out the male ones＇ are better in renitency with a significant difference,but there are not significant difference in other 5 aspects and total score. It suggests advancing the scientific training of players＇ volition quality in poor aspects.
