膝关节骨性关节炎平片与MRI诊断价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的:讨论膝关节骨性关节炎X线平片与MRI表现,比较两种检查方法的诊断价值。材料与方法:搜集经开放性或关节镜手术证实的膝关节骨性关节炎患者资料,23例共29个膝关节,术前均作平片与MRI检查。回顾性分析其影像表现,比较两种检查方法的阳性率。结果:平片观察骨质改变较好,对软组织病变不能显示。MRI对骨质改变的显示不及平片好,对软骨改变、半月板变性、关节积液、关节内游离体、滑膜增厚、骨髓水肿及软组织肿胀显示较好。结论:MRI较平片提供更多的阳性征象,对膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断准确性高于平片。 Purpose:To discuss the findings of X-ray and MRI in keen osteoarthritis,and a comparison with the diagnostic value of them was made.Materials and Methods:The X-ray plain film?and MRI findings of 29 cases with keen osteoarthritis proved by open surgery or arthroscopy were analyzed retrospectively,for a comparison of the positive rate?with two methods.Results:Bone changes on plain film were better showed than on MRI,cartilage changes、meniscal degeneration、joint effusion、intra-articular loose bodies、synovial thickening?bone marrow edema and soft tissue swelling were better displayed on MRI.Soft tissue lesions?were not displayed on plain film.Conclusion:MRI is better than plain film for the display of more positive signs,diagnostic accuracy is higher than plain film in keen osteoarthritis.
