摘要
电力产业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础产业。实施规制电力产业价格目的就是要限制某些市场参与者过度追求自身利益的行为,使资源和利益能够在所有市场成员之间合理地分配。而电价在资源分配中起着重要的杠杆作用。选择适合的电价规制方式是整个电力产业规制的核心内容,也是我国电力产业规制的重中之重。文章在分析了目前我国规制电力产业价格存在的问题,并在此基础上提出我国规制电力产业价格原则、对策与措施。
Power industry is the national basic industry of economic and social development.Implementation of a new regulatory system for the power industry is to limit the prices of certain market participants to pursue their own interests over the behavior of resources and interests of all market in a reasonable allocation among members.Resource allocation and pricing in the leveraged play an important role,select the appropriate regulation of electricity throughout the power industry is the core content of regulation,but also regulation of China＇s electric power industry＇s top priority.This article is the focus here,from the current regulatory system for the power industry of China＇s problems in the starting prices,the electric power industry of China＇s system of price regulation principles,measures and measures.
