摘要
目的评价锁定接骨板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对2007年3月至2008年3月间36例股骨粗隆间骨折患者用股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板治疗,对其手术方法和疗效进行分析。结果36例术后全部随访,随访时间6-23个月,均骨性愈合,无断钉、脱钉、钢板松动、断板及关节僵直等并发症出现。疗效评价:优28例,良8例,优良率100%。结论锁定接骨板具有稳定性好、可早期下床活动、操作简单、创伤小、有利于骨折愈合等优点,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较理想的内固定方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of femoral locking plating system in the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods From March 2007 to March 2008,thirty-six patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur were under the operation of open reduction and internal fixation with proximal lateral femoral locking plating system,and analysis of surgical methods and therapeutic effect was performed.Results All the patients had a good recovery and no complication was found.Conclusion Locking plating system was a good internal fixation for the intertrochanter fracture of femur.
