摘要
用传统的电子陶瓷工艺制备了La1-xCaxMnO3(x=0.15,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.67,0.7)的系列多晶样品,测量了样品的直流电阻率随温度(4300K)、磁场的变化(08T).结果表明:x=0.3的样品具有最好的磁阻效应,x=0.15,067的样品在测量范围内没有巨磁阻效应,但x=0.7的样品出现较弱的巨磁阻效应,其金属半导体转变温度为105K.
La 1- x Ca x MnO 3 ( x =0.15,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.67,0.7) series polycrystalline samples are prepared by the traditional electronic ceramic technique. The D.C. resistances of the samples are measured as functions of temperature (4 ̄300 K) and magnetic field (0 ̄8 T) and the magnetoresistances for different samples are obtained. The results show that the sample with x =0.3 possesses the best magnetoresistance effect, samples of x =0.15 and x =0.67 have no such effect, and for x =0.7, a weak magnetoresistance effect is observed with its metal semiconductor transition around T =105 K.
