摘要
在微波辐射下合成N芳基和N杂环取代氰乙酰胺,产率达83%~95%.反应是在经过改进的容器中进行的,容器置于频率为2450MHz的微波炉中,常压下6~10min即可完成反应,反应速度快,后处理方便.
N substituted aryl and heterocycle cyanoamides are synthesized under microwave radiation, with the yields 83%~95%. The reaction is carried out in an improved container which is put into a microwave oven at 2 450 MHz. The reaction can be finished within 6 ̄10 min under normal pressure. The products can also be very conveniently treated.
