以Charcot关节为首诊的Chiari畸形伴脊髓空洞症1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 近年来国内关于Charcot关节的报道逐渐增多,但以Charcot关节为首发症状的Chiari畸形伴脊髓空洞症在临床上较为少见[1、2]。我们遇到1例,报告如下。
