摘要
目的:初步探讨牙龈差距对龈成形术及冠修复后牙周状况的影响。方法:15例上颌双侧中切牙拟行全瓷冠修复且牙龈高度不一致的患者,术前测量牙龈高度,采用高频电刀对一侧行牙龈成形术,术后立即行牙体预备并采用临时冠修复,3周后采用氧化铝全瓷冠行永久性修复,修复后1年观测牙龈指数,以对侧同名牙为对照组,比较牙龈指数有无统计学差异,对牙龈高度差距和牙龈指数行相关性分析。结果:牙龈成形并冠修复组的牙龈指数与对照组存在显著性差异,牙龈高度差距和牙龈指数呈正相关,r=0.746,p<0.05。以牙龈差距3mm进行分类统计发现,3mm以内组牙龈指数无统计学差异,3mm以上组存在显著性差异。结论:牙龈差距对牙龈成形术并冠修复后的牙周组织健康存在影响,其中3mm以内行牙龈成形术对牙周组织的影响较小。
Objective：To explore the effect of gingival distance and gingivectomy on the periodontal tissue healthy.Method：The gingival distance was measured for 15 cases whom would receive all-ceramic crown restorations at the bilateral maxilla anterior tooth.Gingivectomy was perfomed by high-frequency elctricity knife and used temporary crown plastically.After 3 weeks,all-ceramic crown was fabricated and fixed.One year later,gingival index was observed and analyzed.Result：Significant difference was found between the gingivectomy group and control group.The gingival distance was positive corrrelated to the gingival index.The subsequent analysis with 3 mm subgroup to gingival distance,significant differenc was found in the subgourp of above 3 mm but not below 3 mm.Conculsion：The gingival distance would affect the peridontal tissue health after gingivectomy and full crown restorations while little bad effect on it in 3mm disntance.
