摘要
本文介绍了所研制的０．２级的电参数精密测量仪，频率范围３０～４０００Ｈｚ，能同时综合测量１０个电参数．它既适用于正弦波，也适用于非正弦波形．叙述了测量原理、硬件电路、软件程序、误差分析和实验结果．试验表明误差≤０．２％。
In this paper, we discusse the instrument of 10 electrical paramenters of 0.2 class precision with frequency limitation between 30～4 000Hz. It can be used for both sinusoidal waveforms and non sinusoidal waveforms. The principal of measurement, hareware, software, error analysis and experimental results are discussed.Its error is less than 0.2%.
