摘要
家蚕由于富含高蛋白质,和人体所需的多种氨基酸及DNJ、PTTH、MH、T3、黄酮类化合物等多种药理活性物质,而受到越来越多人的关注。简述了当前家蚕幼虫在食品、药品中的应用开发现状及存在的问题。
Silkworm Bombyx mori has drawn more and more people＇s attention, because it contains high protein, can meet the requirements of human body for amino acids and has a variety of pharmacological active substances such as DNJ, PTTH, MH, T3, flavonoids. This article made a brief introduction on current situation of the development of the silkworm larvae in the food, pharmaceutical applications as well as the some problems.
