摘要
把风机串联运行时的动压-静压差曲线与理论叠加曲线进行比较,发现两风机串联时不一定符合串联叠加原理;不同种类风机串联时,风机前后位置不同,所得到的系统性能也不相同;离心风机作为前级风机时,系统静压变化较为缓慢,流量增加迅速;横流风机作为前级风机时,系统静压变化迅速,相对动压变化较小。
This paper compares dynamic pressure-static pressure difference curve when fan series are running with the theory superimposition curve.Two fans in series are not necessarily in line with series principle of superposition.When types of fans in series and at different locations,the resulting system performance is not the same.When the centrifugal bolwer fan as a former level,the system static pressure changes in relatively slow,and the traffic increases rapidly.When the cross-flow fan as a former level,the system static pressure changes in relatively rapid,and dynamic pressure changes slowly.
