摘要
LB(Langmuir-Blodgett)技术是人为排列分子的一项技术。由LB技术制备的LB膜高度规整又极薄,有望在微电子学(分子电子器件)和集成光学(非线性光学器件)等高技术领域中得到应用。本文利用LB技术制备了端头不具备亲水基团的双(对甲苯磺酸)-2,4-己二炔-1,6-二醇酯(TS)的沉积薄膜,用X-射线衍射研究了TS及其聚合物PTS沉积薄膜的分子排列情况。
The thin film of bis (p-toluene solfonate) of 2,4-hexadiyne-l,6-diol monomer (TS) and its polymer PTS are successfully prepared by the classic Langmuir-Blodgett techniques. The X-ray diffractions reveal highly ordered structures in the films. The five diffracted peaks observed in the tange of 20 =5°-25° coincide well with those of (010) plane in TS single crystal. A trial has been made to prapare a mixed film of TS and arachdic acid, but complete phase separation occurs and TS molecules tend to form films preferentially.
