摘要
依据人力资本理论,采用卢卡斯模型的一种变式,用1990-2008年湖南省的各项相关数据对教育服务业与经济增长之间的关系进行计量分析,结果显示人力资本对湖南省地区生产总值的产出弹性为1.27。教育边际投入的回报高于固定资本的,因此,有必要采取适当的政策加大湖南人力资本的投入,以此来推动湖南经济社会的发展,使其更加符合两型社会的建设要求。
Based on the human capital theory and the use of one variant of Lucas＇s model,this paper makes an econometric analysis on the relationship between education and economic growth with all the relevant data from 1990 to 2008 in Hunan province.The result shows that the output elasticity of human capital is 1.27 to the GDP of Hunan province.And the return that educational marginal input brings is more than that fixed capital does.And so,it is necessary to increase the investment with the right policies from the government as to push forward the economic and social development of Hunan province and makes it more in line with the needs of the ＂Two-oriented Society＂ construction.
