摘要
目的建立环保水性印油印迹的高效液相色谱(HPLC)的区分方法。方法采用超声提取与离心,以ZORBAX Eclipse Plus Phenyl-Hexyl(4.6mm×50mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,20mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min。结果得到各印油及其印迹的溶解现象及色谱图中特征峰的稳定数据。结论本方法简便、高效,可用于环保水性印油的种类区分。
Objective To establish HPLC method for identifying environment-friendly ink and imprints.Methods Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation.ZORBAX Eclipse Plus Phenyl-Hexyl column（4.6mm×50mm,1.8μm） was used for gradient elution.The mobile phase consisted of ammonium acetate（20mmol/L）： acetonitrile,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The characteristic chromatogram peaks of 7 inks and their imprints are obtained.Conclusions The method is simple,efficient.It can be used for the determination of environment-friendly red ink and imprints samples.
