摘要
文章以青岛市胶州营海镇前海庄村捕捞业专业合作组织为例,通过分析其产生、发展和消亡的过程来探讨捕捞业专业合作组织消亡的原因,主要有四个方面:收入的增加弱化了农民的合作意愿、专业合作组织不同的发展阶段对组织管理机制的要求存在差异、缺乏有效外部资源的引入、捕捞业的衰退。
This paper studied the professional cooperative organization in fishing industry in Qianhaizhuang Village. By analyzing its process of formation, development and withering away, the reasons are explored： the willingness of people to cooperate is weakened by increasing income; organizing and managing requirements differ in its development; the effective introduction of external resources is the premise for its development; the fishing industry declines, which all contribute to its demise.
