摘要
力量素质是运动员身体训练水平的重要指标.本文运用生理学原理,分析了力量素质的生理特征及力量训练的原则与方法,据此提出力量训练的基本要求,认为力量训练必须依据人体力量素质的生理学原理.
Strength training is a major part and an important target in physical training. The physiololgical priniciple of physical strength qualitymust be observed in the analysis of physiological characteristics of strength quality, the exposition of the principle, method and basic requirements of strength training, and the choice of proper ways of the training.
