摘要
目的探讨3种不同方案保守性治疗子宫内膜异位症的经济效果。方法通过对3种药物治疗方案报道的资料整理计算有效率。方案1:保守性手术合用丹那唑;方案2:保守性手术合用米非司酮;方案3:保守性手术合用孕三烯酮。运用药物经济学进行成本—效果分析。结果成本效果比,方案1为11.23,方案2为4.66,方案3为14.41;增量成本效果比,与方案2比,方案1为503.82,方案3为196.03;与方案1比,方案3为31.61。结论方案2为最佳治疗方案。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the cost of three schemes in treatment of endometriosis using laparoscopy.METHODS To calculate the rate of effectiveness after sorting out the data of three ways treatment.Group1：laparoscopy with danazol;Group2：laparoscopy with mifepristone;Group3：laparoscopy with gestrinone,then using pharmacoeconomic method,cost,effectiveness analysis was carried out.RESULTS The C/E（cost/effectiveness）of the three groups were 11.23,4.66,14.41 respectively.Compared with group2,ΔC/ΔE of group1 and group3 were 503.82,196.03 respectively;Compared with group1,ΔC/ΔE of group3 was 31.61.CONCLUSIONS The scheme for group2 is the best one.
