摘要
目的观察瑞舒伐他汀(可定)对老年高胆固醇血症患者的调脂疗效及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法39例老年高脂血症患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗为瑞舒伐他汀组,另选择39例年龄与性别相匹配的健康老年人作为对照组,对瑞舒伐他汀治疗前,以及治疗4周、8周后的血脂水平、hs-CRP水平、肝肾功能和肌酶谱。进行检测与比较观察。结果瑞舒伐他汀组治疗前血清hs-CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗4、8周后,总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和hs-CRP水平均明显下降(均P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平亦明显上升(P<0.01),其中治疗4周后TC水平下降33.5%,TG水平下降16.5%,LDL-C水平下降37.6%,HDL-C水平上升12.6%,hs-CRP水平下降36.3%;治疗8周后瑞舒伐他汀TC、LDL-C和hs-CRP水平仍明显下降,与治疗4周后比较,差异有显著性(均P<0.01);TG水平稍下降,HDL-C水平稍上升,但与治疗4周后比较,差异无显著性(均P>0.05)。治疗期间丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)水平均无明显变化(均P>0.05),未见瑞舒他汀严重不良反应。结论瑞舒伐他汀对老年高胆固醇血症患者调脂效果显著,且有降低血清hs-CRP的作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of rosuvastatin（crestor）on regulating blood lipid and decreasing high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）in aged patients with primary hypercholestrolemia.METHODS Thirty-nine aged patients with primary hypercholestrolemia（rosuvastatin group）received rosuvastatin for 8weeks.The levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesteorl（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,hs-CRP,serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Cr）and creatine kinase（CK）were detected before treatment and at the fourth week and twelfth week of treatment,and were compared with those in 39 healthy elderly people（control group）.RESULTS The level of hs-CRP in rosuvastatin group before treatment were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment of rosuvastatin for 4 or 8 weeks,the levels of TC、TG、LDL-C and hs-CRP were significantly lower（P〈0.01 all）.While the increase of HDL-C was significant（P〈0.01）.After 4 week of treatment of rosuvastatin,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP were decreased by 33.5%,16.5%,37.6% and 36.3% respectively,and the levels of HDL-C was increased by 12.6%.After 8 weeks of treatment of rosuvastatin,the levels of TC,LDL-C and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those after 4 week（P〈0.01）,but the decrease of TG and the increase of HDL-C were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment of rosuvastatin for 4 and 8 weeks,the levels of ALT,BUN,Cr and CK remained unchanged（P〉0.05）.No severs adverse effect was found in treating with rosuvastatin.CONCLUSION There has obvious therapeutic efficacy of rosuvastatin on regulating blood lipid and decreasing hs-CRP in aged patients with hypercholestrolemia.
