生存素与肿瘤的发生、发展和预后的关系 被引量：1

摘要 生存素是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的成员,含有杆状病毒凋亡抑制蛋白重复序列。生存素通过该序列直接或间接抑制半胱天冬蛋白酶活性而发挥抗凋亡作用,并在细胞的有丝分裂及胞质分裂中起着重要的作用。生存素在胚胎组织和大多数肿瘤组织中表达,而在除胸腺和子宫内膜以外的正常成人组织中不表达。生存素在恶性肿瘤中的高表达与肿瘤的发生、发展和预后密切相关,是估计肿瘤预后和复发的一个重要指标,并可作为抗肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
