摘要
选取生命损失、装机容量与经济损失作为衡量农村水电站失事后果严重程度的评价指标,然后采用引入参照模型的方法,建立了失事后果的预测模型,并通过模型的计算值来进行严重程度的等级划分。同时选取了4座具有代表性的农村水电站,采用本文提出的计算模型进行了预测分析,证实了该方法的可操作性与实用性。
This paper chooses installed capacity,loss of life and economic loss in downriver as evaluation indexes of measuring the severity of the consequences of the accident in rural hydropower stations.Then by introducing the reference model approach,the model of the prediction accident consequences is established,and the level of severity by the result of calculation model is divided.Simultaneously,the authors select four representative rural hydropower stations,use the calculation model presented in this paper to analyze the consequences of prediction,The operability and practicality of this method are confirmed.
