痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎疗效观察被引量：15

摘要目的观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将132例急性支气管肺炎患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各66例,两组均给予综合治疗,在此基础上观察组另加痰热清注射液治疗7d,观察体温、呼吸、心率、青紫好转及停氧时间、咳嗽、喘以及肺部体征等情况。结果观察组在退热、止咳、止喘、肺部体征消失时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.94%(62/66),对照组74.24%(49/66),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组无明显的副反应发生。结论痰热清注射液是治疗小儿支气管肺炎有效而安全的药物。
