摘要
采用紫外可见光、GC/MS的分析手段对麦草碱法制浆废水非木素有机物进行分析研究,旨在找出废水中主要发色物质。结果表明,制浆废水的主要成分为芳香类化合物,以及饱和脂肪酸、酮类等物质。通过紫外可见光扫描可知,有机物中共轭结构含量比较少,结合气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)分析结果找到了4种发色物质,其对废水色度贡献值很小。实验表明木素以外的有机物不是麦草碱法制浆废水色度的主要来源。
In order to find out the main chromogenic substances, the experiment analysised organic substances except lignin in wastewater of pulp and paper by UV-VIS and GC/MS. The result showed that the main component of pulping wastewater is aromatic compounds, as well as saturated fatty acids, ketone and lipid material. Through the UV-VIS scan, it was found that there is less conjugated structure in organic substances, besides, four types of little colority chromogenic substances were found through the analysis of UV-VIS and GC/MS. The results showed that organic compounds except lignin was not the main source of chroma in pulp and paper wastewater.
