阐述了加强设计阶段造价控制的重要性,从决策阶段工程造价的管理与控制和设计阶段工程造价的管理与控制两方面论述了如何合理控制工程造价。
This paper expounds the importance of strengthening the construction cost control in design stage, and discusses the rational control of construction cost from two aspects of the management and control of construction cost in decision stage and the management and control of construction cost in design stage.
