摘要
为了满足电子式多功能电能表应用市场需求,开发新产品,其设计采用智能型计量方法、优化软件代码等途径,通过创新电子式多功能电能表的设计方法、介绍硬件设计的关键技术、给出软件设计流程等主要环节,进行功能优化。并以NEC的uPD78F0338单片机为例,实现了一款具有四种费率、六条负荷曲线和两套费率结构的三相四线电子式多功能电能表设计,实践证明,该电能表可以同时计量正/反向有功电能、正/反向无功电能、四象限无功电能,还具有多费率控制、负荷曲线记录、各相失压、过压、频率超限记录、数据LCD显示等多种功能。
In order to meet the market's need of the 3-phrase-4-line multifunctional electric meter,a new kind of product with the intelligent reading method and the code of the optimized software has been given,which has also been optimized by innovating the designing method of new electric reader.This paper introduces the key skill of the hardware design and takes SCM uPD78F0338 for example,which develops a 3-phrase-4-line multifunctional electric meter with 4 charge rates,6 load curves and 2 charge rates combined.It has been proved that the meter can be used to read the positive/negative workable power,positive/negative workless power and 4-phase workless power,and it can also control the multi-charge rates,load curve record,the voltage loss and over voltage of each phase,beyond limit frequency the function showing by means of LCD.
