摘要
国际金融危机为人民币国际化提供了机遇,扩大人民币跨境流通,实现人民币区域化是人民币国际化稳步推进的重要环节。云南省独特的区位优势和边境地区人民币的广泛使用,使得研究该地区人民币跨境流通具有重要意义。人民币跨境流通在带来诸多收益的同时,也会对金融安全造成影响,文章重点从六个方面研究人民币跨境流通对银行业金融安全的影响,并提出相关的政策建议。
The international financial crisis provides opportunities for the internationalization of RMB, in which RMB regionalization is an important progress. Yunnan province has unique geographical advantages, where RMB is widely used in its surrounding countries, so it is important to make a research on the transnational circulation of RMB in this area. The transnational circulation of RMB can produce many benefits, but at the same time it may bring some impacts on financial security. The paper focuses on analyzing the impact of transnational circulation of RMB on banking security from six aspects, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations.
