摘要
基于传统汽车NVH传递路径分析方法,提出了参数化等效方法,建立了单自由度系统估计模型和等带宽估计模型,对传统传递路径分析模型进行参数化等效处理,实现了对传递路径分析模型的缩减,减少了分析所需的试验数据量,使得传递路径分析方法适用于快速故障诊断分析.实例分析结果表明,对相同的汽车NVH问题,利用参数化传递路径分析与传统传递路径分析可得出相同的传递路径趋势,但分析所需的试验数据仅为传统方法的1/2,从而实现了汽车NVH快速故障诊断.
A parametric equivalence method for the transfer path analysis (TPA) is proposed by the traditional vehicle NVH (noise,vibration and harshness) transfer path analysis.This method uses single degree of freedom system estimation model and constant value per frequency band estimation model to parameter the traditional TPA model in order to reduce the model size.Because the new method uses less test data than the traditional method,it makes the new method is more suitable for fast trouble shooting in application.The case analysis result shows that the parametric TPA method has the same transfer path trend compared with the traditional TPA method for the same vehicle NVH problem.However,the data required for the parametric TPA method is two times less that the one for traditional TPA method,showing that parametric TPA method can realize fast trouble shooting analysis.
