摘要
目的比较宫颈环形电切术(LEEP术)与微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的疗效和不良反应。方法将118例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组:治疗组60例采用LEEP术治疗,对照组58例采用微波治疗。术后两组均加用康复新液阴道给药,每周1次,连续放药4次。于术后6个月比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组治愈率及总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗组术后阴道出血量及排液量少于对照组(P<0.01);阴道出血及排液时间短于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LEEP术治疗中重度宫颈糜烂疗效优于微波治疗,且阴道出血及排液量少,出血及排液时间短,恢复快,复发率低。
Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure and microwave in the treatment of moderate or severe cervical erosion.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（60 cases） was treated with LEEP,the control group（58 cases） was given microwave treatment.After the operation,both groups were added with the rehabilitation of the new liquid by vaginal delivery,one time per week,continuous administration of four times.Compare the efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups after 6 months.Results The cure rate and the total effective of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）;The vaginal bleeding volume and fluid volume row of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group（P0.01）;The vaginal bleeding and draining time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）;The relapse rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion LEEP treatment of moderate or severe cervical erosion is superior to microwave treatment,and less vaginal bleeding and liquid discharge,bleeding and liquid discharge time is short,fast recovery,low recurrence rate.
