摘要
提出了一种新颖的电流模式电路,该电路在不改变内部结构的情况下既能实现双二阶通用滤波器,又能实现正交振荡器。电路结构简单,由5个MCCCII(多端输出的电流控制电流传输器)和2个接地电容构成。该电路在实现滤波器时能同时实现高通、低通、带通、带阻和全通等滤波功能,滤波器的品质因素和极点频率可以通过改变MCCCII的偏置电流实现线性独立调节;该电路在实现振荡器时可以实现正交信号输出,且振荡频率线性可调。面向实际电路完成了计算机的仿真分析,实验结果与理论分析完全吻合。
This article proposes a new current-mode circuit, which can function both as a universal filter and a quadrature oscillator without changing circuit topology. The circuit structure simply contains 5 MCCCIIs (multiply-output current controlled conveyors) and 2 grounded capacitors. When it functions as a universal filter, various kinds of filters such as second-order low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch and all-pass can be simultaneously realized, and the quality factor and pole frequency can be independently, linearly adjusted via changing the bias currents of MCC- CIIs. When it functions as a quadrature oscillator, two orthogonal sine waves can be obtained at high-impedance output terminals, and the oscillating frequency can be linearly tuned via controlling the bias currents. PSPICE simulation for actual circuit is conducted, and the given results agree well with the theoretical analysis.
