摘要
[目的]观察益气祛瘀清热法治疗老年慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]将患者按依从性分成两组:治疗组30例采用益气祛瘀清热法为主拟方治疗,对照组28例采用奥美拉唑治疗,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性者抗HP治疗1周;两组均治疗30天,观察两组临床疗效。[结果]治疗组与对照组近期临床治愈率分别为60%、35.7%,幽门螺杆菌阴转率分别为83.3%、82.7%。组间比较:近期临床治愈率具有显著性差异,幽门螺杆菌阴转率无显著性差异。[结论]以益气祛瘀清热法组方结合辨证辨病用药治疗老年慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效优于对照组,抗Hp作用与对照组相似。
[ Objective ] To observe the Yiqi Quyu Qingre Methods treating elderly patients with chronic ero- sive gastritis clinical effect. [ Methods ] Patients were divided into two groups according to compliance ： The treatment group of 30 patients with blood stasis and heat Qi France - based side to be treated control group, 28 cases treated with omeprazole, Helicobacter pylori （Hp） - positive anti - HP treatment of 1 week ; two groups were treated for 30 days, clinical efficacy were observed. [ Results ] Treatment group and control group, short -term clinical cure rates were 60% ,35.7% , H. pylori negative conversion rates were 83.3% ,82.7%. Be- tween the two groups ： short - term clinical cure rates were significant differences in Helicobacter pylorl negative rate was no significant difference. [ Conclusion ] Supplementing Qi and blood stasis and heat method group par- ties identified with dialectic drug treatment of elderly patients with chronic erosive gastritis more effective than the control group, anti - Hp effect similar to the control group.
