摘要
[目的]观察中医辨证方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠线粒体修复酶的调控作用,探讨其防治NASH的作用机制。[方法]高脂饲料喂养制备NASH大鼠模型,每日灌胃三种中医辨证方(健脾补肾方、活血降浊方、综合方)及易善复进行治疗,10周后检测各组大鼠肝功能、血脂指标,SYBR Green荧光定量PCR法测定肝组织线粒体DNA修复酶,并进行统计。[结果]三种中医辨证方组大鼠肝功能及血脂指标明显低于模型组(P<0.01)且肝脏内线粒体DNA修复酶含量高于正常组(P<0.01)。[结论]三种中医辨证方对NASH大鼠具有良好的治疗效果,可以改善大鼠肝功能及血脂,提高线粒体DNA修复酶含量,促进受损肝细胞自身修复。
[ Objective] To observed the Influence of traditional Chinese medicine on mitochondrion DNA repairenzymes in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH） rats. [ Methods ] The 48 male SD rats were divided into 6 groups at random： normal group, model group, Jianpibushen group, Huoxuejiangzhuo group, integrated group and Essentiale group. Except the normal group was fed ordinary diet, the other 5 groups were fed by high - fat diet in 10 weeks, then except the model group and normsal group, the other 4 groups were treated by dif- ferent TCM prescriptions and Essentiale. All the rats were executed after the therapy of 10 weeks, detected the liver functions, blood lipids in blood and mitochondrion DNA repairenzymes in liver, finally we analysed data. [ Results ] liver functions and blood lipids of three TCM prescriptions groups are lower than those of model group （P 〈0.01 ） and the mitochondrion DNA repair enzymes are higher than normal group（P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Three TCM prescriptions have perfect therapeutic effects towards NASH. They can meliorate the liver functions and blood lipids, can promote self - repair of liver cells by increasing mitochondrion DNA repair en- zymes.
